That Mysterry Mermaid is a knock-out and no mistake. That is one ugly boat, though. I suppose the beauty Joe sees is in its functionality. After all that's what us real sailors value above all else . . . functionality. For Joe and Terry it functions primarily as a floating home tied indefinitely to a dock.
