AP: Somewhere in Texas. Police reported a man nick-named Joe Stupid
was chased down and beaten up by a troop of girlscouts when he
allegedly offered one of the $20 for a few minutes of inappropriate
touching. When confronted in the local emergency room, Mr. Stupid
claimed that it was all a misunderstanding. He claimed he was giving
to the relief fund not seeking to be relieved.
