Ya think the region was a bit overpopulated?

I can not even count to two billion.
I'm sure if every victim affected gets 100% of his cut they will have
10 years + of the average local years wages.

I saw a navy picture yesterday of a local island native shooting at a
sea knight with a bow and arrow. What's he going to do with all that
money? Its going to ruin him.
