New England is having a little snow storm now, so it will be a White
Christmas around here. I, however, am headed for Florida in a few
days!

I notice that you sent the winter weather ahead of you. It was almost
freezing in parts of the state last night and tonight the cold should
be colder. Freezing might make it south of Orlando.

I was not pleased when I saw that the high today in Boca (26N!) is in
the 50's. Maybe by the time we get there it will be up to 70. On our
trip we crossed over into FL on Christmas Eve and the temp was about
40, headed down to 25F. All the was south we had been telling our
daughter it would get warmer when we got to Florida - we had to
explain that this was "the cold Florida." It did finally warm up in
mid-January when we were around Vero Beach.

NOAA says it will be warmer at Christmas
