As for "personal", it's not possible to be "personal" on
the newsgroups. It's all so impersonal - just words on
a screen.

On the other hand, those who are wordsmiths can
wield this tool far more effectively than those who
cannot. There is a subset of the functionally illiterate
who use this forum and you can easily see how they
