Rabbits and groundhogs we've got by the dozens....once ina while a pheasant

(I like squirrels, so that's an ok thing). I like squirrels too. They don't taste like chicken, They taste more like beef. Just say the word, and I'll give you my recipe for squirrel stew. We just call it stew. Throw in carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, etc.
