If he did neither of these or even just one .... uhoh. I'm assuming both vessels had to stay in the channel... ? otn A was mid-channel. The wording was a bit vague, but seemed to imply A was begining to favor the left side even before the signal (his course was 118 when the channel was 120). Both vessels applied hard left after the acceptance. However, more significant was that A did not slow for B - I would have mentioned it if he had. Neither vessel slowed, neither sounded the danger signal. |
