Six prominent members of Congress have called for an investigation.
Representatives Conyers (D-MI), Holt (D-NJ), Nadler (D-NY), Scott (D-VA), Watt (D-NC) and Wexler (D-FL), have demanded that the U.S. General Accounting Office immediately undertake an investigation of the efficacy of voting machines and new technologies used in the 2004 election, how election officials responded to difficulties they encountered, and what we can do in the future to improve our election systems and administration. They must be unpatriotic. -- Jonathan Ganz (j gan z @ $ail no w.c=o=m) http://www.sailnow.com "If there's no wind, row." |

Nadler (D-NY) Prominent for his girth, perhaps. Can't argue with the facts, so you argue with vindictiveness. Sounds like Karl (Achtung!) Rove. -- Jonathan Ganz (j gan z @ $ail no w.c=o=m) http://www.sailnow.com "If there's no wind, row." |

Dave wrote: Nope. Simply calling attention to the facts. I don't think I've ever heard Nadler called "prominent." In six terms in Congress, the 5'4" Congress critter seems most newsworthy for having had stomach reduction surgery to cut his weight from about 340 pounds. He's a totally predictable product of West Side Dem politics. His theme song might be "I thought so little they rewarded me...." You should immediately forward this to Karl (Achtung!) Rove. I'm sure he'll appreciate it. -- Jonathan Ganz (j gan z @ $ail no w.c=o=m) http://www.sailnow.com "If there's no wind, row." |
