Now that the last battle of the Viet-Nam War is over and the paybacks paid
back in full measure it's time to start looking at other issues such as what
to do with the irrelevent baggage of the last century. Therefore I propose

Francisco or Key West. I left out Cuba since they will be yet another
failed former socialist experiment within four years.
