Where did you find a copy? I was under the impression that virtually every
last copy was bought up by the anti-Bush crowd (note that I did NOT say
'Kerry supporters,' as they really don't exist in any significant
quantities) in order to keep them out of the hands of those who would expose
Kerry for what he was/is.
