Default Will Homeland Security outlaw recreational boating?

Sometime in the near future we will suffer another terrorist attack inside the
US. Rather than do the difficult, expensive, and politically unpopular jobs,
of securing our borders, inspecting commercial imports, etc., the government
most likely will punish that sector with the smallest voice. Just as was done
by creating no discharge zones instead of going after municipal sewage plants
and shore side development; the government, in the name of Homeland Security,
will be restricting boating to inland lakes and rivers.

Just wait until the next attack, and we may all find out just what is meant by
the "GUARD" in Coast Guard. Perhaps we should consider selling our vessels now
before their value drops considerably.
