OTOH I can eat the oysters straight off the rocks out the front of my place, but the flavour isn't as good as the Sydney rock oysters. As for mussels, I've found that unused moorings make a wonderful growth platform. Gillnet a few fish and you're set to make a boulliabaise. PDW |
