October 14, 2004 -- TEMPE, Ariz. — There's no debating the fact that John
Kerry cleaned up last night in the eyes of a group of Arizona swing voters
taking part in a professionally run focus group.
Of the 23 undecided voters in consultant Frank Luntz's focus group for the
"Tempest in Tempe," 13 scored it a Kerry victory, 0 gave it to Bush, and 10
called the face-off a draw.
