I also
have my boat in Sausalito, which is pretty damn nice..

I was there once. I thought it was nice.

It's gotten better somewhat recently. The authorities are really trying
to get rid of the derelict boats. It's usually protected from the fog,
even if SF is socked in, and the wind is quite good.

No matter what your boating platform is you will still go home to your
undersized but overpriced N.Y. POS walkup apartment.

There is an elevator. There's also two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen,
dining room and living room. When we sell it will go for three times what your
"house" is worth. It takes 15 minutes on average to get to the boat which also
is worth more than your unkown tub!!!

Wow!

Another shoot from the hip statement from the town clown. Boob you don't
know what my house is worth.

Yeah, I know! That's what people usually say when they see how big the place
is. It's unusual to get such a big apartment in NY unless you spend silly
amounts.

Now, now...I'd be happy of you lived in a stadium with 50 bedrooms! It's Loco
who'd go nuts. He can't live happily when he percieves others have "more."

We have lots of neighbors here in Bucks County who commute to NYC every day,
including one who was in the building on 911, and another who was the pilot
of the second plane to hit (he lived in Yardley, PA). But they come here
because $600,000 is cheap for a 3,500 sq ft home compared to NY.
