most boatyards in the state of new york insist that customers can not bottom
paint their boats. nys has declared bottom paint to a pesticide and require
licenses to apply it. there are fines for non-compliance. you can try
Connecticut, which state feels differently about bottom paint. Rumor has it
New Jersey is ****ty about bottom paint as well.

Looking for a place to haul for the winter on City Island. Got the
contract
from Barron's Boat Yard, and I see that they insist on painting the
bottom.

Greedy ****heads.
