If you want to know what a Fisher 37 rates, get the full specs for the
boat, do a search, the formula is online.
There is more than the "math" to getting a PHRF rating. Without the certificate
there is no real rating.
The formula is the starting point, not the actual rating given for a boat in a
given area. Quite a few boats have no real PHRF rating.

The formula can be used to give a fair estimate of the PHRF rating,
which varies around the country.
