I don't think boob knows what PHRF is.

All boats have a PHRF rating, boob****.

Not true.

Wrong again. All sailboats have a phrf rating. They might not have a

rating
certificate, but they do have a rating.

What a complete nitwit!

So, by your reckoning, this boat doesn't have a SA/D or D/L ratio either?
Try to avoid any critical thinking in the future, definitely not your strong
suit.

No they don't. But I would like to know the rating for a Fisher 37. I know
they
have been raced.

RB

If you want to know what a Fisher 37 rates, get the full specs for the
boat, do a search, the formula is online. Like I explained to bull, this is
a very simple concept. The boat has a rating, though you may not be able to
find a Fisher 37 with a certificate, and therefore, you don't know the
rating without doing the math. What you're saying is that 242435232498 +
54854395845894595958838= no sum, simply because you don't know the answer.
Again, don't get involved in any discussions involving racing, you are
obviously clueless, as evidenced by your "class B" remark a while back.

There is more than the "math" to getting a PHRF rating. Without the certificate
there is no real rating.
The formula is the starting point, not the actual rating given for a boat in a
given area. Quite a few boats have no real PHRF rating.

The formula can be used to give a fair estimate of the PHRF rating,
which varies around the country.

An "estimate" is NOT a true rating.

You must be a demoncrat. You're grasping at straws.

A true PHRF rating is given for your area. The estimate generated by the
fornula exists as a starting point. Not all boats have a PHRF rating. I doubt
there's one anywhere for a Fisher 37. And there are many one-off cruisers that
have no rating.
PERIOD.
