Bob... the stats indicate yes... but I would trend to a higher horsepower.
Look at the weight ratios. Keep in mind the logical approach to this... you can always throttle down... but it's hard to throttle up when you need the extra omph and don't have it at hand. Seriously Bob... the weight differences between a 6 hp and a 9.9hp shouldn't be the deciding factor.
