The degree of rudder to starboard on a port tack...... weather helm.
The degree of rudder to port on a port tack.... lee helm

Marc explained it.. at 3 degrees it's hardly much for weather helm and would
in my opinion constitute a well balanced vessel. A bit of weather helm is
what you want.
