Default Hey Joe, Is Bush lying again?

I wonder how many times McCain had to ask him to do it before it got
into his clearly thick head.

Bush praises Kerry war record
From correspondents in Crawford, Texas
August 24, 2004

JOHN Kerry could be proud of his record as a decorated Vietnam War
veteran, US President George W. Bush said today, as controversy
continued to swirl over attacks by a pro-Bush veterans' group on his
presidential rival.

"John Kerry served admirably and ought to be proud of his record," Mr
Bush told reporters at a press conference

Kinda undercuts the Swiftboat Vets for Lies guys.

Oz,

Kind of sound like King George would rather not go into court, doesn't
it?

Not so fast noodle brain, Vets are upset at what he did after he came home.
Being a medal collector is not so bad, even if it were just for scratches.

Bush also called for the end to soft money.

John Kerry has not.

Sounds like the release of new evidence has scuttled the Swift clowns
and Bush now realises he'd better disassociate himself from that bunch
of whackos post haste!

Not so fast. The Washington Post (Democratic liberal paper) did an extensive
investigation and 3 page article Sunday in which they said both sides storys
contain some untruths.

Joe if that's the case, which is correct, then they have an obvious
axe to grind. This has nothing to do with policies. It has to do with
the "politics of personal destruction," which is Karl Rove, Ken Starr,
and company.

Why should he? It took Bush how long to distance himself from
the Vets for Untruth??

It's ok for Bush to profit from their agenda, but it's not ok
for Kerry.
