Things are looking so bleak that Kerry is ahead in just about every
pole, including the snapshot of the electoral vote. Even the press is
starting to realize it.

The economy is slowing down, the markets are down, unemployment isn't
recovering, the war is going badly.... Bush is outta here.

The economy is definitely slowing, every respectable economist
says so, as does the gov't itself. The markets are way, way down,
but I can see how you'd think a single day being slightly up
means that the market is now up. There were only 32K jobs created
recently, and the previous high numbers have been or will be
revised down. The trend is down, as anyone can see if you bother
to look. The war is out of control. Thanks Bush.

are more jobs than when Bush took office... the only
other president was Hoover who allowed this to happen.

You gotta be a real nitwit to believe Bush got into office and turned the
economy south. It takes a while for policy to have an effect on the economy.
EVERY economist has stated the economy was on it's way down before Clinton
left. As far as your Hoover comment goes I guess you never heard of a fellow
named Carter.

Carter? He didn't cause mass unemployment. I'm sitll spending
