Default Fender cleanup

Try water with plenty of bleach mixed in. If that doesn't work throw them
away. That rubbery plastic stuff is crap. I just tossed a winch handle holder
and a handheld VHF holder away. Not worth messing with. Just bought new ones.

Bleach should work. The worked on my rub rails, although not perfectly.
