Nothing shaky about it. The point is simple:
Liberals never use their own money--its always yours. If Kerry wants my respect, he can start by emptying out his pockets and backing up his beliefs. DSK wrote Bart Senior wrote: Kerry and Edwards are candidates with $1 to 3 billion dollars, and $70 million, respectively. What is this business of taking everybody else's money to feed and clothe people? Why not just do it themselves if they really care? Take a close look at who donates more to charities, Bart. You are sprinting out onto a very shaky limb. |

Well, in that case, send me your money Bart, since I don't use
mine, I'll use yours. This is such right-wing trash that it's unbelieveable. -- "j" ganz @@ www.sailnow.com "Bart Senior" wrote in message . .. Nothing shaky about it. Jon,
Don't you realize how much good John Kerry could do if he gave some of his wealth to charity? If he and his wife gave away half of their personal wealth they would still have enough money to support their descendants for the next 15 generations. If they gave away 10% which could be as much as $300 million! They could do tremendous good. People with wealth like this, and liberal beliefs can act on their beliefs. But no, Kerry is a hypocrite. It's never his money. --it's always ours. He'd rather vote to increase spending and raise our taxes, choke off the economy, and sell us out, while he lives like a king and a hypocrite. Bart, do you realize how much good Bush/Cheney could do if
they stopped pandering to their corporate friends? The environment, healthcare, jobs? They could do far more good than Kerry giving 10%. Get with it man. Bush comes from a family with lots and lots of money and connections. Cheney made millions working for an oil company that is now the benefit of the Iraq invasion. -- "j" ganz @@ www.sailnow.com "Bart Senior" wrote in message ... It's to your credit that you pretend you might consider anything good about Kerry, but I suspect that it's a sham... you might as well believe that George W. Bush is sent from God to rule over us. Many people do. I prefer the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights myself. The facts are simple... George Bush Jr. and Dick Cheney care nothing about the less fortunate, or even the average person, and their "compassionate conservatism" is just a gimmick. Neither gives anything to charity. Teresa Heinz Kerry devotes a considerable percentage of her wealth, and great deal of time, to running several large charitable foundations. This is very plain & obvious fact. If it has no impact whatever on your thinking, then so be it. DSK |

wealth, and great deal of time, to running several large charitable foundations. Means nothing. Most wealthy people the likes of Ms Heinz are involved with charities to build up good will in the community to keep the higher ups in gov. off their backs when scandels happen. Oh, you mean the "liberal biased press" that never mentions Dick Cheney's stock options or the ever-changing, nebulous reasons fro starting a war in Iraq, and pretty much ignored the diverting of funds earmarked for Afghanistan, ditto giving up on finding Osama Bin Laden, etc etc etc? The tax returns of Presidential Vice-Presidential candidates are public records. Don't believe me, look it up yourself. Unless you're more comfortable repeating old lies. DSK |

Check into how many food plants Teresa Heinz Kerry has moved from the US to
Mexico. That's caring "about the less fortunate, or even the average person" Goes along with hubbies pitch about "a better America" and bringing jobs to America. S/V Express 30 "Ringmaster" "No shirt, no skirt, full service" |
