Have you ever seen a charter base at changeover? Hundreds of boats
powering
back home in 15 knot winds, the next day hundreds of boats powering out to
Anchorage #1 or #2 in 15 knot winds.

I've chartered in the BVIs a number of times and no I've never seen that.
