How many times have you used a
mainsail? Many more times than you and on a far greater variety of sailboats. I've also sailed a Hunter 320 with the in-mast furler. Why do you ask? RB |

Still clewless, just as I figured.
No...the clues are all in. You clearly have a cheap VHS. Certainly not a proper Icom M1+ or the like. You ended up with more junk for your junky sailboat, cheaping out even on the safety stuff. RB |

crap: Its really amazing. Someone posted to the hunter forum about the best options to get on the 365. All the replies were adament about the in mast furler. My slip neighbor has that boat and rig and as you said, it doesn't sailworth a poot. I suggested to the forum that they forget the in mast furling, opt for the full roached main, and buy a good set of lazy jacks, stack pack , dutchman or other sail handling system, with single line reefing. Mild ****storm ensued. These jokers just don't get it. the HP's in the main. I've sailed the boat with a full main, and it is fast. I've raced against some. It's not fast. Pathetic Earthlings! The owner let out too much alcohol and the curtains and headliner caught. I put it out with an extinguisher. How many boat fires did you put out? Why didn't you beat it out with your whisker pole? he was motoring, of course. His pole is too short, so says his wife.
