Reagan had mild mood swings
and occasional forgetfulness during the latter part of his first 4 years. During his second term he began to suffer more extensive memory problems. His disease wasn't diagnosed until well into his second term of office. And as most presidents use staff to function as their memories, it was not deemed a problem for Reagan. Amazing that someone can write the above, let alone believe it. Then again Horvath is still waiting for those WMDs to turn up! RB |
