participants who, with rare exceptions, have never even sailed the
particular boats they are complaining about. He will also establish
Federal criminal penalties for scumballs and cowards hiding behind false
identities to ridicule MacGregor owners and slander the reputation of
MacGregor Corp., R. MacGregor, etc.
