Right On Joe...... just blew the competition away by having a letter of
reference sent to HQ that the entire Project was back on track since I was hired. Now that feels good! I'm directing Engineers all because I have the experience to do so. It's like sailing.... I don't totally understand why I make some decisions.... just that they are correct for the circumstances. It's an innate reflex based on experience. You can tell someone that has "water experience" just as easily as someone that has "construction experience".... it's all in their rational and logic.... based on years of experience. CM "Joe" wrote in message | Well while you were in summer school I was sailing the pacific, | focused so much on sea skills that I became the youngest 1000 ton | freight and towing master in the USA at the time. |
