Does anyone know anything about these? I know
it's a Van de Stadt design - fractional rig, open
transom. A lot were built by Dehler, but this one
was built by Brighton in Ontario.

Hey Rummy,
Don't you remember me telling you I crewed on the one at your marina. John
Deterly is the owner. Or was. What are you going to do trade the Express.
The rig is very fragile. Don't ever miss getting the new runner on. It
WOULD qualify as a noodle.
I remember it being slow in light air. Maybe it was the driver because I
have been told by others that it is a good light air boat. We always got beat
by the Merit 25 that was in the fleet at the time.
