Default Laser for you?

I have a nice Laser that only needs some rigging, but is otherwise complete.
Anyone in the NY area can pick this up for 500.00 or it will go up on ebay
shortly!

What kind of rigging does it need? Shrouds? Forestay?

If you care to add that...sure, but I think a bit of running rigging would work
better.
LOL, Jeff.

Thanks, BB, but I'm quite familiar with Lasers, having sailed them since they
were introduced in '71.

Jeff,

This may help to familiarize you with Laser rigging.

http://www.teamvanguard.com/boats/c/...rRiggingLR.pdf

I couldn't find the page with the shrouds and forestay, but it's just
GOT to be there somewhere! Maybe Horvath knows...

I heard the 71s used double spreaders and split backstays.

I had the early water ballast version.

Oooops!

He was joking. Scotty probably thinks the laser has a backstay though!

If this was a little closer, I'd buy it it now. I been lookin for a
laser but decided to build two Mini-Cups instead cuz I couldnt find a
cheap one.

A lot of people want to buy it! I want to clean it up and find all the parts
1st!
