Ok, I'm all over it. Is there a membership card, and do we wear
cool jackets like the bowling team?

There's a card *and* a 'Certificate Of Membership' (for mounting on a
bulkhead, so that both the club inspectors, and ordinary visitors to your
vessel, can instantly appraise your status).

cool jackets like the bowling team?

Proper, navy blue blazer, please. The club's embroidered 'Wheel & Anchor'
logo should be sewn onto the blazer pocket (will be sent in the post). The
cravat and 'Little Admiral' cap are optional, but recommended.

Well, it does seem to come as a bit of a shock to the folks who expect West

It's rapidly becoming apparent that my little quip flew right over
your masthead. Go watch a couple of Cheech & Chong movies, and get
back to us if you have any questions.

That will clash with the tin foil hats most members here wear.

braid

ha ha, seriously tho, WM or Boats-r-US used to have a 'new boat discount'.
A discusion on another list as to weather they still do, seemed to confirm
that some of the stores do. It's a discount for 3 months after the purchase
of a boat. Don't have all the details.
