Is there a membership card, There's a card *and* a 'Certificate Of Membership' (for mounting on a bulkhead, so that both the club inspectors, and ordinary visitors to your vessel, can instantly appraise your status). and do we wear cool jackets like the bowling team? Proper, navy blue blazer, please. The club's embroidered 'Wheel & Anchor' logo should be sewn onto the blazer pocket (will be sent in the post). The cravat and 'Little Admiral' cap are optional, but recommended. -- Wally www.forthsailing.com www.wally.myby.co.uk |

ha ha, seriously tho, WM or Boats-r-US used to have a 'new boat discount'.
A discusion on another list as to weather they still do, seemed to confirm that some of the stores do. It's a discount for 3 months after the purchase of a boat. Don't have all the details.
