Who cares? We (I) don't see rubbish from the flonk groups. I have a
reasonably good newsreader client, easy to create new filters as
needed. You want to claim credit for getting rid of them, fine. Can't
say I noticed seeing as I never bother checking the % of posts that go
to the bit bucket. Which was the point - xpost all you like, all
that'll happen is once people get bored with the lack of wit, the
x-posters will get ignored.

Surely you're not under some kind of delusion that the flonkers
actually got the better of the last round. They provided new bait for a
while, is all. Frankly they weren't real bright.

If Jon did turn some of them in to their ISP's, more power to him. No
reason to put up with juveniles that dedicate their time to mindless
malice if you can do something about it.

Just for the enlightenment of a few of the regulars, I tried to get rid of
them by answering them and deleting asa.

It was all because of Jonathan turning people into their ISP's that they
keep coming back! Even some owners of the "intruders" NNTP servers showed
up here and just laughed! He was talked about on some of the admin
groups...but of course Peter Pan and Tinkerbell were talked about, too!
