Default Mac26x class basic handicap down under

The list in the URLis sefl-explanatory. At least some of the
trailerabl yachts on it are available in the US of A, and any
REAL sailor would be aware of the Light Schooner, so there's a
theoretical benchmark for comparison (!).

Of the two Macs26 listed the one labelled WB (water ballast) is
the Mac26x, I think, because last year there was only a
"provisional " listing as no-one ever raced...

Note that an initial CBH is put in based purely on
length/width/weight, then amended as boats are actually raced (or
more to the point, actually finish...)
