So, what you're saying is that there are some races that are more "stupid"
than others. In other words, there are some races that are inferior to
others.
Such as the black race being less sophisticated than say the asian race? Or,
that the jews are smarter than christians? I just want to be sure I have it

Right. But that's not what he's talking about. He saying that
a particular "race" is less intelligent than another. Race has
nothing to do with education, worldliness, or nutrition. It has
to do with skin color and other genetic factors that make up
one's physiology.

This one get tricky Jon.
Some races have a far far higher percentage of uneducated, unworldly
people than others.

This in fact makes them inferior...look at your average American.

Unfortunately some other races have the disadvantage of being under
nourished as well. Something that has been shown to reduce mental
capacity as well as physical.

I'm taking a group of people who share a single
characteristic--stupidity--without regard to skin color or any other
genetic
factors, and labeling that group of people as the "stupid" race. Surely
someone so enlightened as you believe yourself to be would argue that

1. any classification into races is arbitrary and
2. any one individual historically labeled as a member of a particular
race
is likely to have more characteristics in common with an arbitrarily
selected member of a group historically labeled a member of another race
than he is with an arbitrarily selected member of the group historically
labeled as members of his own race.

If you accept that argument, then identifying a group of people as
belonging
to the "stupid" race is as valid as any other classification.

I don't expect you'll follow this, but most folks will, so please don't
ask
me to explain it to you further. I suspect a goodly number followed it the
first time around.

Unless, of course, you're claiming that all races are equally stupid, except
that you said "THE stupid race." Or, I suppose its not so bad to claim your own

I didn't really expect Jonathan to follow what I said the first time, but I
expected you would, Jeff, particularly after I explained it in terms
Jonathan should have been able to understand.

The phrase "the stupid race" clearly was intended to denote that set of
people who, regardless of skin color or other characteristics, share a
single common trait--stupidity. Example: "We frequently put people in

the white race, the oriental race the stupid race, etc." Step back for a
moment from your preconceptions, prejudices and predilections and see if
that doesn't make sense in context.
