As mentioned above, I scored over 98 on the basic ASA sailing test recently, which I took with my wife and as a review. 130 questions, right of way, navigation, boat types, boat characteristics, ancoring, docking, emergency precautions, drills on the boats with tests o the water, man over board, etc. Must have been blind luck, right?
