Default Jobless claims on the rise!

As traffic flagger I and the majority of those in the state earned an
average $8.50 an hour. But if I could have got in Local 440 the Laborers
Union and on a 'restricted to union's only federally funded project, it
would have been $22.83 an hour. What was amusingly dubbed "prevailing
wage." They represent about 10% of the flaggers in the State at best with
the gov't employees union representing another 10% with an average wage of
$16.00 an hour.

Nope you guys were right. Principles don't put sails on the boat. Now I'm
a strong union supporter and shop steward making the big bucks for the
highest paying employer in the country!!!!

At $16 an hour? Ha Ha!
