In Texas and Hell, maybe. In New Orleans in the summer the humidity hovers near 100%. Add that to a temperature near the same and... Well, one of my friends who's a Seattle native visited there with me one summer. Their comment was, "My God! It's like living inside a blister." Disgusting but accurate. |
