Whats going on?

Bought an old fish processing plant and I'm in the process of
converting it to a house. Living on the boat out back for now. Hiring
contractors, and pulling my hair out dealing with the city getting
building permits. Want to put in a new bulkhead and dock first.


The rest of the rednecks have almost givek up the fight. Even Joe, whose
neck is a bit redder than most, seems to have lost the appetite for serious
