The fender is lying directly in the path of anybody who tries to go forward on that side of the boat. Sometimes. you have to go forward in a hurry. You really don't need obstructions on the sidedecks whilst you are under way. You should stow the fenders so that they will not interfere with the safe operation of the vessel. Regards Donal -- |
