There's more to sailing than ratings is some phony
racing standard. But, trying to explain that to someone who jumps from fleabag boat to fleabag boat without ever learning how to sail any of them is futile. S.Simon "Bobsprit" wrote in message ... Poor little simpering simmy! My boat would walk away from yours on any point of sail, even if non-sailor Bushsprit was at the helm. Truth. With Genoa alone the C&C 27 would outsail the Coronado in all conditions. Coronado rated: 230 C&C 27 174 Not even close. Not even with Neal's 876% feather duster blooper and an Ostrich feathered main fully battoned with hydrogen filled mylar straws. Capt RB RB |
