I do.... the whole pot never lasts the day. I love it when the skim forms
across the top. Maple Syrup tapped from the trees here and freeze rendered. Just ladle it over the top! I got 30lbs each of fresh frozen Annapolis Valley blueberries, strawberries and cherries. I might just break out the waffle iron and make a few dozen Belgian Waffles... secret family recipe! I've got plenty of eggs and cream for fresh whipped cream topping!! Crap... Gosh no... we just slap any label that we think best describes our
customers. I don't buy that commercial crap. I tap my own. Ever heard of "Ice Wine"?... well I make "Ice Maple Syrup". I usually have about 6 quarts of it around the house from different farms. We trade off. Some of my friends make a stronger darker variety by rendering down some make a lighter variety by the freeze method.
