DECEMBER OF NEXT YEAR! You don't own it, and can't own it for over a
year?

This year, dopey. We actually sign off on the boat in early Dec., this year.

Here is a list if morons who actually get worked up and ****ed off via

this
group, yet come back to get slapped again and again!

Binary Bill-Clearly ****ed at the world, perhaps because he's owns such a
little boat. Current status: Being dragged around daily by me after taking

a
serious spanking in the C&C group.

Doug: Like Steve, Doug is a real provider of good sailing discussion. On

the
other hand he's forever foul over his lot in life. The man has a trawler.

It's
pretty hard to imagine that it was his idea. I can just hear his wife

laying
down the law. A Hunter 19 and then a trawler. Isn't that how Hell is

described?

Loco-has never (by his own admission) gotten over the ass woopin' he took

from
me when he first wandered in here. Another openly frustrated fool who gets
spanked on a regular basis. Owns a good boat, but clearly wants better.
Currently fuming over the fact that I'm getting a boat he wishes he could
have...the C&C 34CXL.

Scotty-Has been quiet as of late, but this is one of the few ****-ants who
actually threatened physical violence on me! Can you imagine? The depths

of his
idiocy were brought to 3 dimensional fruition by the boat he chose....A
Siedlemann 30!

Donal-Though he tries to follow the character leads by Mooron and Ozzy,

Donal
is unable to hide his anger all of the time. He can be baited again and

again
with anything about his boat, which he's clearly tired of. Having heard

that I
will soon own a better boat he recently claimed this his was "free!" Well,
that's some kind of excuse anyway. Prior to that

Old Thom-Thom is an odd bird and clearly has some bad days where he rages
against his fading light and the childish manipulations I execute here so
easily. He sees it as a metaphor for his own weakening powers. On better

days,
Thom is a likeable fellow.

Steve-MIA as of late. Also got himself dunked in the C&C group. Having the

same
sailing dinosaur as Donal makes him equally frustrated at times. The best

thing
about Steve is that no matter how mad he got, he'd still provide good

sailing
info. I miss him! Come back Shane!

Horvath: Well what do you expect? The man claims to have women in his life

and
actually chose a well known poor boat in the Hunter. He has good reason to

be
angry. Useless to the group, I'm afraid.

Skitchy: Dispite his claims to own a IP 31, we've never seen it. Some time

ago
he asked me for help finding his friend a project boat, which I'm now sure

was
actually for him. Clearly this is a frustrated individual and boatless.

Another
dingleberry who does little here...and knows it.

The Carrolls: Are they angry...or just incredibly dull? It hardly matters.

They
are a non-entity here.

The Winner???
Billy Jane!!! No one, and I mean no one is as openly angry and frustrated

as
Binary Bill. I recently goaded the poor toad into claiming he was well off

and
practically the inventor of the zipper! He's my all-time favorite after

the
late/great Dr. Armpit and Ed Gordon. Honorable mention: Loco.

It's what happens when you buy your next boat from Art Van....
(3rd rate furniture store with shady credit lines for those not in the =
States...)
Horvath, We may have political differences, but on this point I agree =
fully.

I thought that you still had Alien??

We're only weeks away from closing the deal on the 34XL. We won't

actually get
her, nor make closing payment until Dec. of next year. But, barring =

my
death,
she'll be ours!

Hero@Horvath

I don't spend my money on food. I spend most of my money
on women, porn, booze, and recreation. The rest of it I just waste.

Good choice. How is he outfitting it, what's the approx budget? What engine?
Inquiring minds want to know. I like the older Morgans, the 28 is a pretty
good
sailing boat and with it's shoal draft, is an outstanding smallish cruiser
for the
Southeast, Gulf, and Bahamas.

It is solid and sound and had a Perkins diesel put in in the early 90s. The
bow pulpit needs major work and some things need updating, like old-style
seacock, fix centerboard pivot and crazed hatches, etc. Budget is very low,
as this is just a kid who doesn't know what to do with his life and will spend
a little time wandering in a sailboat. The boat was owned by an old guy who
took it to the Bahamas every year but died recently and we got it from his
daughter. It still has his old log books (including an entry about when he hit
a high tension wire leading to the engine replacement). So it is kept pretty
well with a lot of little tricks already put in for singlehanding.

There seems to be a big price differential between the M28 and the M30,
bigger than
the size or capability difference. I wonder if it's due to the boats looks. I
really like the M34 which is just a stretched 30, and seems to go for the
same $$.
Might cost a bit more to keep.

Don't know too much about other Morgans, as we were shopping by price and not
looking only at Morgans. We did, however, look at an OI 28. It had more in
the way of accomodations, but was a butt ugly little boat, and slow as a snail
I am sure.

A while
ago I asked Bob for help in locating a boat for him, but predictably Bob
suggested one of the boats he is selling at an asking price of about double

its
worth. Thanks for the help, Boobs.

And you expected different?

Not really.

I don't think so. We found them in the boat, with all the other stuff.
