A race consists of an upwind leg, a downwind leg and mark roundings all of which require crew work, tactics etc. Not necessarily. Besides, you forgot that a race has to have a start. But it doesn't always have an upwind or downwind leg, mark roundings, etc etc. (speaking to Bubbles) You must understand dimwit, you and your run-a-way babe were not in a race. You were just sailing alongside the J29 on the same course for a period of time and in that situation you should sail away. In a real race you would loose. Go away, you know nothing about boats. Give him a break, he seems very proud that the boat he was on sailed faster, even if he had nothing to do with it. That is, if anybody believes he went sailing in the first place, which I for one do not. Remember, Bubbles is nuts. DSK |
