The video footage I saw on the news last night showed an older C&C 32 illegaly
tied up at the ferry dock causing the ferry to hit the dock at the last minute.
The boat was seen leaving in a hurry. News anchor said authorities are
looking for the boat which was described as having a name on it's ugly stern
that began with an 'A'

debt, because a sign on the stern said it had a "lien" on it. That's
what she remembers.

According to CNN, the guy was sitting on the bow while several
ugly women fought over the wheel. Apparently, the bow was riding
quite low in the water.

ABC is reporting that the boat tried to move. " That Capt could not
get those dang shackles off fast enough". Said a longshoreman.

One witness from the bridge said he was "blinded by a photo flash"
and, "the Captain of the ferry tried to warn everyone, but the loud
music from the sailboat overpowered the ferries whistle" stated the
witness.

We did see a bunch of steam going out the whistle over and
over......Said the longshoreman.
