The video footage I saw on the news last night showed an older C&C 32 illegaly
tied up at the ferry dock causing the ferry to hit the dock at the last minute.
The boat was seen leaving in a hurry. News anchor said authorities are
looking for the boat which was described as having a name on it's ugly stern
that began with an 'A'
