I hope his mooring held......
I used 1/2 chain on my mooring.....with 5 extra feet of chain...as I was too lazy to cut it......but it saved me in the surge..... I noticed a lot of mooring's broke here as they used line...... Some boats on the shore...... still had balls attached to their cleats.... Many boats where wasted...as the docks they were tied too broke free....carrying the boats away..... All in all lots of people were not prepared at all.... "katysails" wrote in message ...
