I am a heathen, but I also do like Crowley's work. That's all.
Some of my best frieds are christians and I do not have a problem with
that as long as they are not trying to talk me into their beliefs. Some
other good friends of mine are muslims and same here; I also know some
buddhists and two hindus - and same thing here as well.
So tolerance is the word here. They respect me being a heathen and I
respect them being whatever.

Yes, this is an asatru/heathen newsgroup, but that does not make it
offensive when I use a sig that is not explicitly asatru, does it? I use
this sig globally (in all newsgroups I post in). But if anyone finds
this offensive I will switch it off.

I'm not offended by it, I just think that its in strong contradiction
with the Havamal.

It is always up to you, of course, but it would seem that you're in
two minds.

Hey Njiky, why don't you explain why you lied

Abot me being Roger Williams?

About me being TOSsed from any ISP at all?

About me claiming I was jewish?

Well nazi boy?

Are you Asatru or Satanist?

Guess you are one of those who think of Crowley as a Satanist, but this
is bull****. He has never been Satanist and neither have I. All that
Crowley is saying is "Mind over Matter".
That has nothing to do with Asatru, but it is not flase therfore.

"Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law" is NOT Asatru.

So are you, rephrased, a Thelemite or a Heathen?

We know what you are.

A liar.

True, but just because there are Nine Worlds does not
mean there exist only Nine Virtues. It's a bit like
Newton claiming a mystical seven colours in the spectrum by adding
Indigo.

The alleged colour "Indigo"

Why is "indigo" an alleged color? Colors have two sources
of definition:

1) If you eye can tell the difference, it can be called a
new color. Go lipstick shopping with your wife some time
and you'll see that even if *your* eye can't tell them
apart, as long as *hers* can that qualifies, too.

2) If the language and culture support it, it qualifies.

So "dusty rose" and "chartreuse" are colors, as is "indigo".

But there are also words that indicate color that don't have
any appearent source. Indigo is the shade of an ink made
from a specific plant, chartruese is the color of a revolting
tasting liquer, dusty rose is from a breed of flowers. On
this scale, I wonder if the word "orange" was used before the
fruit was known to English speakers.

Compare with red, yellow, green, blue, white, black and gray
with are called "primary colors" in lists with some or all of
them as members.

Now consider that modern English has spring, summer, autumn
and winter, but Old Norse only had summer and winter.

that's becuase they were stupid.

Which group is this originally from?
