You'd need a C-5 Galaxy to get a C&C to do 50 knots.

A boat can EXCEED hull speed if given enough power to do so. Bob says it's
IMPOSSIBLE because he knows nothing about boats.

Billy, I think you're confused. Skitch said the claim of a C&C 32 besting hull
speed as an average was impossible. Do you agree with him?
The C&C 32 can't make 7.5 knots with ANY of it's powerlants that came with the
boat.
So you're wrong on ALL counts...and a few new ones!

Did you see the exchange between Steve Dashew and the Wanderer in Lat 38?
Dashew tried to maintain that he averaged 10 kn in a boat twice the size of
yours, and he got slammed. So would you.

right...so you just called just about everyone here a liar.
I know a C&C 32, Pearson 30 or even a Siedleman can easilt top 7 knots. You
don't. Which shows how much you know about boats.

RB

No, I called you a liar. It is too easy to beat on you: Just point out your
blatant falsehoods and let everyone else here take their shots at you.

You said flat out that a C&C 32 could not exceed it's theoretical hull speed
under power.

Acccording to the C&C list, which "loves you" it doesn't.

Holy backpedal, batman! So no it IS possible for a C&C 32 to average 7.5 knots
over a period of hours?

Bwahahaha! So far all you've done is call everyone here a liar. Trying to run
back is pretty sad!

They said no such thing. Almost all of them are smarter than you, and know at
least "something" about boats.

Dummy (that's you), how much HP and which engines were installed in the C&C 32?
Now, having looked, what's top speed on a C&C 32 under power?

Hmmmmm??

Well, with a rocket attached maybe, but it better
be a light one.

Nothing is impossible except the impossible.

Oh, really? GUESS again.

You calling all those C&C 32 owners liars, Billy Jane?

BUSTED!

A C&C with the right propulsion could do 50 knots under power, although

your
badly rotted boat would fly to pieces long before that..

I can do 50 knots on my Cal 20 in under 10 minutes, and I don't
need any airplane. Tell me how, dufus.

Hypothetically speaking... for your particular boat.... about 80 MPH
being towed down the rode without a trailer by Scotty's Truck!!!

Bwahahahahahahahahahahahaaa

Power requirement becomes exponential after theoretical hullspeed is
reached. After that speed you start to "push" a bow wave of water which you
must climb up over to achieve "Plane"....

You really don't know **** about boats do you Bob!!!
