Where's the proper place to fly a Jolly Roger? Right before boarding a ship..... Use a fake national flag to get close to the ship.....at the last moment put up the Jolly..... Yes, I'm aware of the correct procedure - it's the location that I'm enquiring into. My "Treasure Island" DVD shows the Jolly Roger being flown at the masthead (it goes up when the remaining pirates take over the ship while the good guys are ashore). However, the story is substantially changed later on, so I'm not sure if the hollywood rendition is accurate regarding the flag. -- Wally www.makearatherlonglinkthattakesyounowhere.com Things are always clearer in the cold, post-upload light. |
