Catch-22. Most trolls go away when ignored. This one does not.
For year after dreary year he has trolled whether responded to or
not. For the occasional troll ignore them and they go away, but
this one mentally ill troll will not go away.

It has never been tested. It's not just Bertie. Certain regulars to this
news group have consistently stirred up trouble with trolls. Bertie was
out of here a long time ago. He came back because people trolled for him.
He finally came to realize that he could invariably troll the same stooges
with only moderate effort.

We would not have the problems we have if certain regualrs would simply
